The company has now contacted me to resolve issues Happy that they have responded to my complaint but should not have taken this initial one star review to get them to deal with matters I am now amending to reflect this Customer support is worse than appalling Waiting seven days for a query to be answered chased several times all met with We will get back to you covid covid etc No point in buying and not then getting help when it is needed

Interesting concept but that s it The user panel is a drama It looks counter-intuitive and has bugs The settings do not save and many functionalities are missing I believe it is at a very basic level I am a web developer with over 10 years of experience I am glad that I chose the plastic version of the card because at the current level the more expensive version is a waste of money Maybe I ll change my mind when the user interface finally starts working normally Good luck

The product information given is misleading - they dont actually provide all the services mentioned and sold After approval of my design it took them 6 days to print and hand the card over to the shipping dept and then a further 4-9 business days to ship it The world wide shipping timeframe is also incorrect - I am still waiting for my order some 16 days after order design approval and printing They have two websites - one for sales and one for the card set up they are not linked The card set up is slow and confusing with little to no guidance on how to use it The elements advertised as being standard fare with the cards are not and you are repeatedly pushed to buy pro subscriptions through their app Edited I have updated my review due to their service recovery I was contacted by senior leaders in the business who must be commended for this to recover the situation They sent a new product via a courier which was received within 3 days The quality of the product when received is very high and I am pleased with this The set up information and guidance is a little disjointed but it s ok I have successfully set the cards up they have been helpful in providing advice and guidance on some issues faced I ve only used it once or twice now outside of testing on my own phone and it wasnt successful with Samsung model but hopefully this wont be the same for all Samsung models

The rep John who helped me fix some of the changes was very helpful However setting up the card is not all that intuitive and can be improved upon

The card looks great and feels premium It s not intuitive to setup however their customer service rep John was really helpful in helping me sort out the setup process The NFC notification doesn t pop up immediately without trying to get the position right however

This is a company crippled by Covid and brexit so their response time is not ideal like most of the other businesses in the UK That said the product is a useful one especially if you are in a business where you have lots of person-to-person contact They are good people and doing their best to function in a broken system

Ordered a V1CE card online and paid premium to get it shipped in 1 day and despite a little delay from DHL I had support form one of the founders Roger and managed to get everything set immediately

This is the second vice card that our firm has purchased as a sort of intro and perhaps a substitute for conventional business cards We are quite impressed with the customer service as well as the ease with which the cards can be set up However the data that can be input into the base portal is rather limited as there s no way to customize the labels to be used For example we would like to include multiple business addresses and the options are for one or home address and one business address This is the same for telephone numbers such that there is no way to label a mobile phone as opposed to a business phone

I had a few questions before I was happy to place an order The online responses were helpful and allowed me to elaborate and then receive a more detailed answer I felt I was dealing with someone who knew the product and process well This gave me confidence to order online
