Worse company ever They don t value customers they are insolent and rude and they have no respect for anyone around them They are only interested in one thing money Once you have paid all interest in you disappears Reviews by the way are bought

I did order sample pack to see quality they ask me to pay 24 for sample pack and surprise I received one card of V1CE so in other world they charged me 24 to have one of their card and customer support is not supportive at all and keep saying I don t understand what you said totally disappointed and is not worth doing business with

Ordering and delivery was fine but once you get your card and you go to register on the website you realise that actually there is a monthly subscription You can use the free version but as always it s very basic Also to set up your profile you have to spend hours and hours as the editor is very clunky and you don t really see what you are editing Complicated and honestly it s not as nice as it looks in the ads They sell you the dream then put a monthly subscription on top with a clunky and over complicated editor If I knew this I would have never ordered in the first place

Before purchasing the V1CE card - I created a Demo account to play around Now - this was the biggest mistake ever Now I cannot get my real card activated and setup because it always says Demo card and cannot activate my account ONBOARDING is SUPER COMPLICATEDbut most important that I get thousand spam news mails all the time I am dissapointed should have purchased another brand

Very clever advertising - but horrific delivery and support On the order it says Fedex 4-5 working days - it s been 28 days and still nothing Product gets sent with surface mail and knowing the postal service here I have doubt of I will ever receive the product Ordered it for a specific event - that has now been and gone Buyer beware

We ordered table talkers NFC does not work reliably and business cards The business cards have not arrived after more than three weeks still haven t received them We have followed up multiple times and basically gotten the run-around We will be doing a full youtube and social media review with this experience I will provide a link after our team finishes the edits It will include the interactions with the V1CE team the product in use at trade shows and other correspondence

I have ordered a card and that s it they haven t sent a card and not even coming back to me when I ask what is actually happening All I get now is Spam emails from V1CE trying to sell me more products I do not need and are useless without a card Very disappointed with this company I would advise to avoid and find another company for your digital cards

We ordered 2 lots of cards from yourselves to take to a business show and although they seemed to work when we first set them up they failed to work at least 95 of the time that we were at the convention This meant that we ended up having to just use conventional paper business cards again that we could have done anyway without making this purchase There money back NEVER GO BACK GUARANTEEMoney back promise is a waste of time wont allow return as we did not video the card not working while at the busy show only told us 6 emails later we should have video the problem

I ordered 2 cards and when they came a key point of the design was left out of the physical card despite it being on the pre-design that I approved this was the text made from bamboo on the back of the card as this ties in with our brand One card I have connected to my v1ce account and I really like the page design integration it is easy to customise and looks good However the second card when i scan to connect it to the account it says it is already on another account For both of these issues I have tried contacting numerous times By phone on 5 different days never any answer By their in-site text channel on multiple occasions last message was that there is no-one currently available and they will make it a top priority to get back to me and still I am waiting the next day After spending this money on the cards I d expect someone to be able to assist me at the very least
