Easy to do

Very simple quick process The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 is the fact that I never received the receipt or document I was promised for donating my vehicle It would be nice to receive this for tax purposes but not the reason I donated so ultimately not that big of a deal

Everything went smooth except tow company cancelled on the day I was home and rescheduled when I was at work Customer service personal was professional and helpful

Good but your car will go to auction

The process of donating my car was easy I scheduled the pick up time over the phone received email confirmation The tow truck arrived on time Know that your car will go to auction I knew this because I researched it but it was not revealed on their website and they only told me when they came I don t know how much money Vehicles For Veterans will receive I received a letter from them informing me that my car was sold Overall I would use them again

It was a wonderful and rewarding experience from the first call to the pick up Even was so nice and helpful We are happy we could help the veterans

Donating was very easy

Donating was very easy thank you I was under the impression though that if when my car sold at your auction I would receive an update as to how much it sold so that I could update the donation amount for my taxes

Quick and easy - came pick up the car towed it away Keep in communication with me and keep me informed of the final auction bid Thank you for such easy process and also going to good cause Thank you to all that served

Good dealings with this company Took awhile before towing company got in touch with me Had to call to get that in motion then took 5 additional days

Responsive

Julie has been very helpful and responsive The process got a bit complicated when the title of my father s car was lost during transport however that seems to be an error with the tow truck company I was nervous about this initially however after speaking with Julie again today I m feeling much better and less concerned and am trusting this process
