We have been using Verpex since October for our business without any communication they began unprompted server work at 2 30am which has completely broken our website 2 days later and customers still cannot order and Verpex support has been doing nothing but waste our time Our IT team has been trying to make any kind of progress with them with no luck If this is not fixed today we will be looking at new providers and seeking legal action about the loss of business

If you re considering using this service be prepared for a frustrating ordeal Before you even get started they require extensive human verification that is absurdly complicated process that feels like a privacy invasion It s baffling that a hosting service would demand more verification than a mobile banking app Save yourself the hassle and stick to simpler more secure options

Terrible experience They require your photo ID to activate the product it should have been clear that is required before signing up Besides that they took 3 days to reply a support ticket I don t recommend this headache or have your privacy breached to hire a service that s ridiculous

I have been with verpex for the past 5 years since they acquired shark hosting everything was alright and the operation of my website was fine until they started using spamexperts antispam services and it is if like hell broke loose my website s confirmation emails were getting blocked and bounced back my emails were getting locked and for a business this is unbearable technical support doesn t seem to have a clue on what is going on neither they have full control of the anti spam service they subscribed for so if your site uses smtp mail to communicate with your clients automatically you are doomed I m using moodle platform and it messaging confirmation email notices password change emails etc is a core part of the site s operations I have been in this nightmare for the last week and all they do is to remedy the symptoms not cure the disease

Stay Clear All my websites suddenly started showing 503 errors and now 12 hours on still is showing it Had to move back to an old host as if I didn t my websites would be down 12 hours and counting Support is extremely bad from tickets saying sorry for the inconvenience then another ticket hours later we ve escalated to level 2 to another few hours escalated to level 3 and still nothing is sorted support is slow AVOID

I am there reseller They have poorest migration policy and team To migrate you have to create ticket and they will take 4 to 10 hrs to reply Not recommended at all for those who cannot shift website from one domain to another If you want to shift website from 1 url to another they will not facilitate you

Worst support ever They don t actually read the support ticket so you have to send the same support ticket in multiple times before they will actually do something God forbid something is time sensitive as soon as you tell them that they put you at the bottom of the list

I recently tried to register the domain rr lu through Verpex right after it expired Despite the whois system showing the domain as available Verpex s system falsely indicated it was still pending delete This prevented me from registering the domain even though I made attempts within the first hour of its expiration Five hours later the domain was taken by someone else despite my being the first to attempt registration I didn t get any compensation from them I think they need to take more responsibility for this
