Hello Panos K I wanted to bring to your attention that today we are again experiencing over two hours of downtime and still going It s increasingly clear that the current approach to scheduling maintenance isn t optimal Comparatively other servers I manage are experiencing significantly less downtime This recurring issue is becoming a significant concern especially in terms of your schedule management and service reliability As someone overseeing a reseller account with numerous clients it s crucial for me to ensure consistent service availability Frequent downtimes are not only disruptive but also adversely impact our reputation and client satisfaction In order to enhance efficiency and minimize disruptions I strongly recommend implementing a more organized approach to maintenance planning Moreover timely communication with customers prior to any maintenance is crucial As I manage a reseller account with numerous clients frequent downtimes like these are particularly problematic and not acceptable from a customer service standpoint Your attention to this matter and any steps you can take to mitigate these issues would be greatly appreciated Best regards Gopu

Very unreliableSInce the very first day i joined their service my websites started getting infected by funny viruses I started changing passwords like maniac i also am using 2FA authendicator on all of my accounts They cant explain me how a simple html website can be infected Only explanation we have is that someone from Honk Kong or china is logging into our accounts deletes all files and places viruses This is happening since August its October Unfortunately i paid for 2 years in advance and company doesnt have a moneyback policy Also company doesnt have servers security neither a very simple antivirus service Two stars are only for the support guys claiming that they tried to help despite they couldnt do anything to support their business Wishing they get improved in future

Good hosting but price increased The hosting is really good quality I want to get that out there first But they recently made their shared hosting more expensive by a lot Went from 42 a year to 72 a year Verpex was a really good normal priced hosting but now they re getting into a premium price range for shared hosting which there s a lot of competitors for that offer more storage Sad to see this change

We ve used Verpex for the last 2 years We are resellers Mostly things go ok but when there are problems we find the frontline staff are seriously lacking in technical knowledge Worse whoever is making decisions on server upgrades changes has zero consideration for how it affects the users We ve had the server IP changed twice requiring DNS updates on dozens of domain names and recently they turned off the PHP Mail function but didn t bother to tell anyone We only found out because we put in a support ticket We had no prior notice and are now faced with a nightmarish scenario where we have to update over 150 websites to use paid SMTP services or rebuild the forms on every single website They do not seem to understand how spectacularly incompetent and lacking in consideration of their customers this makes them look Quote We also will not warn you if all forms within your websites will not work after a server update
