I started to migrate websites to Verpex 2 months ago At this point this is not completed Every time i send a message another person replies and every time I get another solution Confusion all over the place and my websites are not working properly I can not suggest people to migrate to verpex

Uptime problems
About a month ago they migrated the services to a new server in Brazil which we have already had problems of one downtime today about 20 minutes They no longer give the guarantee of stability in the services now they say that they have never offered a 100 SLA but now they only guarantee 99 9 which is less than 99 99 Now I stop working with them waiting for the last payment date to end and look for a stable provider that does not eliminate services from their locations I do not dispute that the first year of services was spectacular but now only displeasure and problems

No stability anymore
I am using Verpex reseller hosting and I have collected 100 clients after a lot of time and effort For last 4 days websites are working slow and go down constant I have talked to their live chat agents and opened support ticket but they always reply same We are under attack we are working and it will be fixed soon after a fix websites are down again in a hour or less This has been going for 4 days already and they couldn t provide any solution only same generic answers Anybody who is in web hosting business knows how hard it s to collect new clients especially when you re new company with no trust and background I have spent a lot of time money and effort to collect some clients and now people are moving away and complaining because their websites are down for days Verpex couldn t fix this problem for days no refunds no compensation no server upgrade just false promises while my business is getting destroyed

The worsed speed webside caused by this hosting I had and yet they didnt re-found me What is the purpose of the hosting if your clients cannot freely scorl the pages I am sorry but you have to aknowledge there is something wrong with your service I am now counting its already 5 min and the webside didnt open yet still in the process shall I wait longer who will wait

Terrible As soon as I signed up and paid they opened a ticket on my behalf and claimed my order was flagged despite making a legitimate purchase They had some sort of false positive and they straight away demanded I told them why I am purchasing hosting No company does this it s just inexcusable behavior and very untrustworthy for them to demand to ask me why i want hosting won t order with again they won t even refund me they ignore tickets
Error with PHP extensions and very slow suppport
Suddenly PHP extensions on the hosting are disabled spontaneously - instead of solving the issue support sends screenshots from cPanel and does not delve into the problem Solving the problem takes more than a day You will definitely be left with the problem yourself even if the site stops working support will not rush

Every time I do a fresh WordPress install my website gets redirected to another website that I don t Verpex says it s my cache and to delete it but that s what I did after the install Customer service takes way too long to answer my support ticket more than 2 hours
