Finally a decent support guy

I have had to contact support 6 times over my issue It s still not solved but at least he escalated it So that is something So far VERPEX has literally THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

PHP upgrade

I did set up PHP on c-panel but one of my site was still running on the old PHP So I contacted Verpex technical and Pavel Avramov was available right a way I told him that I need help with php and probably htaccess He fix my issue a very fast and with precision Now is everything okay Thank you Verpex and Pavel Avramov

I have been using Verpex as a host for online stores for some time now I also use some other Hosts and here at Verpex I always have a solution for all questions I had a problem with an application and the person responsible for the ticket Dwi W provided spectacular service In fact he delivered the best he could He analyzed it tried to understand my problem and looked for a solution Made it work Afterwards he explained to me what had been done I know it s part of his role to provide good service but this time with Dwi W it was different congratulations on his dedication to the customer in search of a solution And yes I am very happy to use Verpex
