No ability for Resellers to use Cpanel Migration tools
I made a sales enquiry to these folks - they seem like a really decent host but even on their top Reseller Package they do not allow their Resellers to migrate their Clients websites in through WHM Cpanel migration I think this is a bit short sighted because clients of Resellers will want accurate SLA s and relying on a supplier to do this each and every time is unreliable Also there are clear issues around passing on cpanel logins to a secondary company in this way whilst attempting to operate as a whitelabel reseller you d have to be detailed in the privacy policy for example It would also be good if you could address the issue of IP address lockouts - many companies are now providing this - if clients get locked out and resellers can t get them back in quickly then this leads to a breakdown in trust between reseller and their client Otherwise - you seem pretty spot on if you can overcome this and i d seriously consider you in the future as long as it is true that you do fully backup all aspects of Reseller s client accounts and unlimited storage and bandwidth is truly unlimited and not subjected to a fair use policy - this is at least what your CSA today told me Also it would appear that you are not registered with the Information Commissioner s Office which is a legal requirement in terms of the work that you are doing in the UK That s very important in terms of professional resellers trusting you with hosting their client s data Thanks
