You need to add payment options to your website panel like 1 month 3 months or more

So far so good But I am afraid of moving my domains to them because I fear that what happened to garanntor might also happen to them Can I know how long you guys have been in business

Accurate and fast support in 1 5 years time one incident with 8 hours of downtime this was really a shame -1 star But support price and quality servers are very good

I will be brutally honest here Verpex is an alright webhosting company the customer service is worldclass There ticketing system is ok However here is where verpex falls short The lack of RAM2gb of RAM is not really much Most websites are becoming more and and more resources hungry Take for example wordpress The 2gb of RAM is Good for just simple websites but for CMS is lags freezes alot especially for wordpress but other than that the user interface is decent any everything is simple to use 4 out of 5 Verpex could do with at least 3gb of RAM for their GOLD Package I bought the Silver

After many years on SharkHosting without any problem Verpex bought the company After that I live with the fear Problems started downtimes for a web developer like me downtimes means angry customers and money loss After all these years it s time for me to search for an other company again too bad cause SharkHosting was top and Verpex came to give problems Yes customer support is friendly but I don t want to chat with them every few days UPDATE I will add a third star just for giving a second change after the yesterday problems As I said the customer support is friendly and helped us But I still want some time to see the stability of the new server UPDATE 2023 I added one more star cause after many troubles of the first months after they bought the SharkHosting I can say that I see more stability this year and faster respond So right now I can say that Verpex worths So right now I can say that Verpex worths The reason I don t give 5 stars yet is that I am very careful when it s about hosting and I need more time for being 100 sure Right now I have more than 30 websites in total in Verpex and except from few downtimes this years for less than 10 minutes and some database connection erros in random moments everything went well this year I guess their servers are very loaded and I would expecpt from them to reduce the number of total websites per server I understand that this means less profit per server but even a 2 would make big difference at this point As about the support was always helpful with me
