Mr Luis R was very quick to sort my issue I had with integrating microsoft 365 to my domain name I enjoy the fact that I can fully trust the team to sort any issue related to my account So far I think no I believe these guys are the best in this industry

The quick support from the team that mans the chat support especially a support staff known as Luis R is one of the highlights of my experience with Verpex But the slow support by those involved in answering support tickets dampens the good experience with the chat support

Good service but a problem with support

Hosting is himself very good and supports is very fast but there is a problem example Every time I have a problem with WHMCS or with other website they ask for the username and pass of WHMCS and this is ridiculous since you don t worry about privacy of users As example the support guy who asked username and password and then he tried to help me via screenshot is Nick N But Verpex is really good and I can suggest to you

Nice experience

I was a bit concerned that all the sub domains I had created were not working right or maybe just my account was set up wrongly but the agent I spoke to was quite helpful and understanding Even going out of his way to make sure I had no other issues related to the account I would appreciate more notes in the Knowledgebase but so far they have done well for me

Verpex communicates in a very effective and timely manner concerning any challenges the platform users may have The only bummer is that they don t have CDN yet and uploading is an antipolicy act But for static websites they are lovely

I have tried many host companies for a long time verpex is the best in terms of speed Its speed and prices are very good compared to many host companies I have tried for wordpress woocommerce They only return support tickets late Otherwise they are very good I deduct 1 point for their late response to support tickets

I am fairly new to Verpex migrating from Contabo Where I had some really bad experiences The things are nice so far 2 months The support is great Aspar Djafar as well as others I saw some bug while using the reseller account but the same were momentarily Overall everything is good so far

I recently ordered a VPS server but ran into an issue with the default DNS address not being compatible with com website addresses If you re not familiar with setting up a custom address it s best to get a managed VPS On the bright side the customer service was excellent in processing my refund although I did incur charges for the cPanel
