Two things made me rate these guys the highest 1 The response time before my query is attended is very short This means they either have good number of Agents or the Agents are highly committed 2 They resolve the issue immediately Sometimes in some few cases they may face difficulties if the challenge is not familiar to the Agent but I can experience the way they are making effort to the point of resolution This is what we customers want to experience
