Awful company and buggy software
This app used to be quite good for transferring files and mirroring notifications etc Over time though it has become apparent it has had massive security flaws and the company has not been honest about them until outed online Also recently the bugs are becoming ridiculous My most recent experience is that it won t allow me to access the SD card on my phone despite telling the app the location of the card in the filesystem and it showing my files there the desktop app refuses to access it telling me I must tell the app where the card is It is not possible to reset where the location is After repeatedly getting frustrated with it I decided to uninstall it at which point I discovered I couldn t Repeated force-closing and attempting to uninstall with multiple reboots didn t help Eventually I did manage to uninstall it I paid for a premium subscription and as I have over 200 days left on it I asked for a refund even just the outstanding amount I was told by their support that they couldn t do that and kept just asking me to try various things to make it work send them log files etc That I would consider fair if it wasn t for the fact that the software is constantly buggy and the huge security flaws that have been discovered that the company attempts to cover up These guys are cowboys Avoid the app and don t give the company your money It s been a while since I came across such an incompetent and untrustworthy company - aside from the usual villainous corporations of course

Failed to Fly
I downloaded and tried to get it set up After a few hours of on and off trying and a couple days of getting nowhere it s time to give up on this complicated non-intuitive installation

Not sure how or why I got into their membership system but they were unresponsive to cancellation and I had to go file a complaint through my credit card I know I installed the app for a trial but certainly did not sign up for anything -

If you want a reliable app that works it s not AirDroid
If you want a reliable app that works on Samsung S10 do not purchase this product Constantly disconnecting having to refresh the screen taking forever to update contacts messages etc I put up with the issues as I needed a desktop mobile phone interface As this product is still very much in beta and updates were coming thick and fast I expected that the myriad bugs would be resolved After 3 months I d had enough and asked for a refund The pussies at AirDroid a moaning that 3 months is a long time and refusing to refund me The reason I waited 3 months for the piece of crap to work as advertised is written above I know some who think it s great and others just like my experience My advise is roll the dice if you like but work out in the first couple of days whether it s worth the money then get a refund before the 7 days These muppets should be shut down

Dont Bother
The write up looked so good I signed up for the paid premium version After 9 days of mucking around with settings frustration and contact to customer support I decided it was too complicated after they asked if I had finished the non root setup I asked for a refund for my 12 month subscription and was told I was 2 days too late - only refund up to 7 days Wasn t the customer service I was expecting

The app itself is sub-par
The app itself is sub-par Functionality is outdated Outside of that customer service is horrendous But most importantly they force you to sign up for the subscription but do not allow you to cancel I have been billed once again for an app that I do not use I had to contact my credit card to block them

Terrible experience
Terrible experience I was having difficulty getting the program to load I reached out to the online chat and received a reply that they were backed up they would be with me asap Well asap was 3 days when I mentioned that to the person that finally did contact me his reply was they ll try and do better on their next national holiday Not exactly the support needed when need the service for a business that runs 365 days a year

The support of AirDroid is incredibly bad First they answer with days of delay Second they don t want to understand problems Third they claim to have solved problems which are not even answered
