Excellent service from start to finish - the whole process was very straightforward Nathan arrived promptly and is a great ambassador for WBAS com Friendly and respectful he was smartly dressed with a clean and tidy van Nathan explained how long he d take gave the stairlift a quick check and paid the agreed fee He then sanitised everything before carefully and efficiently removing the stairlift wrapping each part for transport I wish all firms were as easy to work with I can t recommend WBAS com highly enough

I received a firm offer for the stair lift to be removed When I contacted the company to accept price and arrange date I was contacted promptly and a date was arranged and subsequently confirmed by email On the arranged day I was called by the engineer who was ahead of his schedule This worked well for me as I was able to meet him at the property sooner The engineer was very friendly and as soon as he d checked the stair lift he paid me in cash the amount previously agreed He very professionally removed the unit and loaded all parts to his vehicle Within an hour of his arrival all was done and he was off to his next appointment All in all an excellent service at each stage of the process

A quick and efficient way of getting rid of an unwanted stairlift

The engineer came on time and did the job efficiently and tidyly The communication from the company was good and we were kept informed of timescale etc The title We Buy Any Stairlift is slightly misleading as they actually don t No money was paid for the stairlift and a charge of 240 instead was charged to take it out and dispose of it We knew that and paid but it s not what it says on the tin
