Excellent packaging and safe delivery Took a little longer than usual to arrive but this suited me as I was at home when the delivery arrived Delivery agent Parcelforce was his usual cheerful self

Won some bottles around 10pm on Tuesday had them in my hand at 10 30am on Thursday Really efficient service Only negative thing I can think of is that the buyers commission seems a little higher than other whisky auctioneers

I had a bottle to sell and was kept fully informed regarding estimated value how to send date of auction fees etc and a great service was received all round I also purchased some items in the whisky auction and I had an equally pleasant experience my parcel was packed in a very secure manner Full marks all round
