WGE installed a solar-assisted heat panel for me a few years ago A recent blip in its operation led me to call them in to investigate This turned out to be a temporary fault that required no remedial action but their investigating engineer Kevin noticed that the hot water side of our system lacked an expansion vessel He has since installed one at a very reasonable price and the happy by-product is that our bathroom shower no longer drips Excellent work from Kevin and I wholeheartedly recommend WSE

I have just had my 18 panels and 9 5kW battery fitted by Wise Green Energy It has been a pleasure to deal with the team from start to finish because of their willingness to help and professional attitude Simon came to see me and was very thorough in establishing our needs and explaining the different components of the system He was clearly knowledgeable and very passionate about the products We did obtain two additional quotes Wise Green Energy were bang in the middle which gave me more confidence that their pricing structure was accurate and fair given the quality of the products supplied Alex was our project manager throughout the install he was fantastic and communicated at every single stage What he said would happen did happen at the time it should have The two roofers Dan and Charlie were awesome as were the two young electricians They clearly knew their trades A big thanks to the young Sparky who assisted me in setting up the GivEnergy app on my phone and for showing me the main features to get me up and running It has honestly been a pleasurable experience and I would highly recommend Wise Green Energy
