Great tool even though I sometimes had troubles with CSS Divi custom CSS which resulted in some problems caching the wrong CSS custom fonts not showing But so far that s the only problem I ve had for a tool that I ve installed on 6-7 websites

I like it Seems to work and actually speed up my website Unfortunately the plugin was in conflict with Wordfence however which is another plugin I liked a lot So I had to remove Wordfence which was unfortunate

My Site Flies like JetWP Rocket Really worth every single penny 4 star is only for not providing any image compression features It would be better if they provide image compression features like the LiteSpeed Cache plugin

I give only 4 stars because for me 5 stars would be an absolutely exceptional thing and I as of now I ve never encountered something like that All this said WP Rocket is a very reliable plug-in that does it work excellently And the support stuff also not only is extremely helpful but so good Strongly recommend WP Rocket

Using this plugin for many years really good improves speed of the website dramatically especially after last update with js delays 1 star is removed due to very hard to receive answers per email from support They say they reply within a day it has been 3 already with no response l sad

The plugin is ok I have some conflicts with the plugin but customer support is replaying very very slow all other companies have a live chat option that sends you to message in less than 1 hour a good example of live chat is the intercom I hope that WP Rocket will replace email with live chat because It will be better for everyone EDIT I update it to 4 Stars because support was amazing they don t need a lot of time to fix the issue but still will be good to WP Rocket add live chat support

Would give it a 5 star if the version 3 9 X wouldn t have caused so many headaches for me and the websites where I use it Besides that support 5 code 5 be carefull if you want to buy because some hosts block enchancing performance plugins intentionally the plugin is not at blame here but the host is p s using on over 20 websites with over 7-8 major different hosting providers

It s great really good setup and go plug in No complaints as such It just seem a little pricey given you can do the same with free plugs It s just takes more time and a steper learning curve I feel 50 60 for 3 sites would be a more apropriate price I just don t have the time to invest in the free options accrosss 3 different sites So I decided to bite the bullet and go with WP Rocket Is what it is

Its just a fine plugin who helps to make my website more faster

Update I received the favorable resolution after long conversation It would have been nice if i was treated with the respect at first place Nevertheless WP made it right Rating changed from 1 to 4 stars I ve been using WP Rocket s caching plugin for my website and I must say it does a commendable job in boosting site speed and performance However I find myself at a crossroads when it comes to renewing my subscription each year At 119 per year the cost feels steep especially considering there are other options available at more reasonable prices While the plugin s effectiveness justifies a certain price point it would be great if WP Rocket could consider more budget-friendly pricing plans for loyal customers who have been with them for years My experience with their customer service left much to be desired When I reached out with questions about potential discounts or alternative pricing options I was met with an unfortunate level of arrogance The lack of empathy and willingness to help was disappointing to say the least I found it puzzling that their automated system kept sending me lower price offers yet no human representative seemed inclined to make an effort to retain me as a valued customer In the end I appreciate the plugin s functionality but I hope WP Rocket takes the time to address their customer service approach A little more understanding and flexibility in pricing could go a long way in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction
