I want to renew with them but I can t use the discount code It s really frustrating

Massively slowed down a site that was running ok I just wanted mobile to speed up it was 57 without any caching and 98 desktop Literally just installing WP Rocket to it down to 46 Without me doing anything InI had tried it on my live site on the day of purchase and made the mistake of taking all the options got down to 34 So I restored my overnight save and left it a few days to and tried on my staging same net result Refund appears to have gone through without issue but disappointed after all the hype I did want to speak to support but I hate these sites that drive you everywhere to get support rather than just offer you support straight off the bat when you click SUPPORT not Facebook groups etc Moan over not impressed at all Edited to add they are now trying to remove my review by telling trust pilot they want more details if this review gets squelched it proves they control the narrative Second editI received my refund thank you Perhaps you should read all your reviews on here stating the poor response times for your support and how hard it is to contact you I clicked on support and as you are fully aware you try every single method from FAQ s Forums FB etc to avoid giving any personal support to be frank a paid for plugin should take you straight to support Had support been easier to contact and it still couldn t be sorted I would have just asked for a refund and left it at that My site is running at 90-94 on Mobile now with a free cache plugin

Takes hours to pre load cache in large websites I cannot recommend and will be looking for an alternative

Without this plugin I have a speed of 71 and with the installation of the plugin 30 This is terrible I did everything according to the instructions The plugin worked but the speed has only worsened In addition my site stopped working buttons and I thought it was ruined forever until I disabled the plugin and everything is back to normal

first time purchasing the infinite plan first time using their customer support and i didn t get any reply for days no wonder they get so much critics on their own facebook page

This company has completely lost all my trust and respect Their customer support is very bad they take ages to respond and I was unable to log in and use the product that I bought for many days they have bugs on their site password reset doesn t work I still had hope to use the software even after my bad experience but actually the plugin was breaking my site so I decided to get a refund which I got Now I see that they have deleted my review which was based on a genuine experience and I have countless emails to prove it - I use the same email here on Trustpilot as I use with my account at WP-Rocket P S I use a free plugin now and get the same speed without it breaking my site

WPRocket and RocketCDN do not deliver on anything they promise This is by far the worst Caching and CDN available and I wouldn t dare pay for it again Compared to WP Super Cache W3 Total Cache Autoptimize WP-Optimize or WP Fastest Cache WP Rocket and Rocket CDN fall short in every metric The price is NOT worth the product I ve tried many products available and I would recommend WP Super Cache I have over 20 years in web development and WPRocket is a laughable solution At first glance out of the box it looks promising until you realize that your TTFB is taking 3-5 seconds for a first time visitor If you run an Ecommerce site BUYER BEWARE you will lose customers before they ever even have a chance to see your products Many of the features of RocketCDN will break your site such as removal of Unused CSS and minification of your JS Unless you really know a thing or two about web dev and you want to spend hours upon hours of cleaning up after RocketCDN wrecks your site I would advise you not to try it

This is the red time writing a review about wp rocket The negative reviews are being deleted by trustpilot Instead of fixing the things they prefer to spend some money to delete the reviews

No performance improvement at all but it ruined the site I installed this plugin to improve my site speed which was not so good But it destroyed the site and no improvement of the site speed at all even after fixing the site Had to reinstall the site which took me 5 hours It says money back guaranty however that is not applicable as well Just another plugin that promises a lot but delivers nothing Now how do they get this much reviews It is simple Their invoice is on wp media and not rocket That way they can claim the negative experiences shared here are not legit because the invoice is given by wp media and not wp rocket

SCAMMERS I paid for the plugin the Rocket CDN subscription I have an eCommerce website During the last days my website became viral with a lot of organic traffic and those scammers I don t find any other word to describe them despite the advertising in which they say unlimited bandwidth have shut down my website and deleted my subscription Do you understand So it is only for small websites without any traffic and visitors and when you start to grow they delete your account I guess that when you use a small part of the bandwidth they don t chase you saying Sir you didn t used the full bandwidth of your subscription here is your refund Stay away from this company and find a better solutions for the growth of you projects
