We have used WP Rocket on a few sites for the past six months or so with no problems A recent upgrade introduced a serious mixed content bug that is causing our sites significant SEO issues We reported the issue and their support team did not investigate the issue properly and have blamed our sites setup They suggested we replace URLs in the database This did not fix the issue as the problem is demonstrably occurring when WP Rocket caches pages Now they have stopped responding to our tickets Given how much we are paying for this plugin their lack of responsiveness and their limp-wristed approach to support is pretty pathetic The initial support team is not very well equipped and they don t appear very willing to escalate serious issues to the dev team or at least have someone more senior look at them In their response to this review they ll probably say that the issue doesn t occur on other customers sites I don t believe this given how basic one of our sites where we re seeing the issue is set up Even if this were true it s no excuse for ignoring our ticket for more than three business days when the plugin is causing a significant SEO problem Even just a reply saying you re looking into it would be appreciated Or an explanation of what we need to change to fix this If you show willingness to actually look at this issue and suggest what is causing it rather than ignoring us I am more than willing to update this review If this review is still live chances are WP Rocket is continuing to completely ignore our requests for help UPDATE after leaving this review the issue was escalated and WP Rocket was a lot more helpful in resolving the issue We have now fixed the problem on our website
