There customer service was amazing and readily keeps me updated I am excited to finally use my new laptop The website was simple to use and updates cart amount seamlessly

Overall very pleased

The website is easy to navigate and all the information is easy to understand The only complaint I have is very minor Once I have saved a configuration under my account I couldn t find a way to delete it I was looking at several options for different people that need different setups and now have like 10 saved configurations that I no longer need Other than that I have no issues As a repeat customer I am very satisfied

Excellent Website Design

I appreciated the sleek user interface and the overall organization of the website The integrated cost checking on each pull-down made it easier to get an idea of where I was saving money and spending more while fine tuning the different components of my build The added features like a screen protector and upgraded cooling components were also really nice to see

My second great laptop purchase experience

My first XOTIC PC Sager laptop was purchased in 2014 and it is still working well if we ignore the battery s age I purchased my second custom Sager laptop at the end of May 2023 A shipment notification email with tracking code arrived just over two weeks later It is true as others have said that the cash discount process is clunky You find out the new total price when they email you the next day They explain that the 3 discount becomes a 2 discount when combined with coupons In the end it is only a minor issue worth mentioning as a heads up to others Using the website to customize and place my order was easy The correct laptop arrived in perfect condition Installing Debian Linux mostly just worked other than tweaking a sound card configuration option And it has been working well for a couple of weeks now A friend pointed me to XOTIC PC a decade ago and I always recommend them to friends looking for a new laptop

I was able to choose my laptop according to the specs I needed and XoticPC had a lot of options in helping me design a laptop according to what I wanted With each available specfication there was a price next to it so I knew exactly how much it would cost so there wouldn t be any surprises during the checkout process
