Great customer service

Ordered an armoured cable for an electric car from their website The same cable was available elsewhere at a similar price but they all required a 15metre or 20metre minimum order Yesss electrical let me order the 10m I needed which saved me a big sum I called them several times with a few questions regarding delivery and they were always so helpful The delivery was then delayed due to an error on the part of the supplier and Sam from customer service team was brilliant when I said I couldn t wait and organised for it to be delivered the next morning from a local store instead Overall a brilliant experience and would highly recommend

I had an issue with a failing EV

I had an issue with a failing EV charger that was under warranty but i was getting absolutely no joy with the manufacturer who had terrible customer service I contacted Yesss and spoke to Ian and his team and their customer service is second to none They chased up the manufacturer and kept me updated Although they had the same issue they decided to swap the item for me and fight the battle with the manufacturer I was kept updated and felt valued I would highly recommend Yesss Great service

Great Staff and Great Prices

The store is going through a major renovation just now which has made it challenging for the staff to locate and facilitate my contractors requests The staff however have shone through in this adversity and have always had a smile on their face and been very helpful when dealing with any members of my staff Its a pleasure to deal with these guys on a weekly basis
