A joke that s not even funny

Have been in the electric trade for 30 years and this is by far and away the very worst wholesalers I have used by a long way Started working for a company who have an account with them and was told to use them but after being let down on practically every order I ve made with them myself and the other engineers are going to be using our local branches of cef As if being let down with deliveries isn t bad enough when you phone to chase your orders the staff have absolutely nothing about them and very very obviously couldn t care less Utterly woeful Given 1 star because you can t give zero

Hard To Recommend These Days

I wonder if those currently running the show are trying to sabotage the company for some reason An overnight service that is actually 2-3 days on a good day that uses 3rd party parcel delivery services which are less than reliable An NDC that has items in stock but cannot be bothered to fulfil requests and send those items out New updated range of own brand Luxna lighting products that are poor quality and priced on par with premium brand fittings like Ansell I assume profits are down and some bright spark thinks that cost cutting at the expense of delivering a half decent service is the way to go

Ordered on Thursday courier went to empty address on two occasions then informed I could collect in 5 days Ridiculous spoke to yess promised a refund still waiting no communication at all to e mail and get passed around when I call them Overall poor service won t use again
