Poor website performance long Xmas break

The order did eventually arrive by Fedex when repeated The website repeatedly refused to take the money from my account when I first tried to order it After a few days and it was finally possible to place and pay for the order It was not dispatched over the Christmas period 24 12 - 2 1 but when sent on 3 Jan it arrived the next day

Good supplier flaky product

I bought an Osily bathroom fan off YESSS It arrived quickly and well packed but the microswitch attached to the pullcord keeps falling off its mounting So we have to knock off the power remove the grille replace the switch replace the grille and restore the power Tedious

Normally very good service on Doncaster Cables to order However wrong cable was sent from another branch Local branch sorted out the problem within a week but were poor at keeping me updated Not being able to keep the end customer informed then reflects badly on me
