YGP Company s billing services are atrocious For six months I ve been requesting a bill but they ve consistently failed to deliver Endless calls emails and pleas have yielded nothing but empty promises pointless transfers and frustration Each 30-minute conversation ends with assurances of you ll receive the bill soon or redirection to irrelevant numbers Their incompetence and unprofessionalism are staggering I strongly advise against using their services I wish I could rate it zero star

Worst service i have ever recieved

I had a grossly underestimated bill which I agreed to pay several times but they handed it to a debt collecting firm and added over a thousand pounds in fees to the bill even the debt collecters said it should not be with them and sent it back and continued to try and removed the amount from my account despite many phone calls and emails It is the worst customer service I have every received in 43 years Do not use them if you value your mental health

Work with dishonest and misleading energy brokers to tie you into the worst energy contracts A big business like this shouldn t have to secure business this way they should secure business by providing great service and a good product My review for the energy broker they work with Received a telephone call from them saying they were from the tenancy transfer department I had just moved into a business premises and out-going tenant had given the energy provider meter reading I was under the impression they were from my new energy company and I had to sign a new deal At no point did the person identify himself as a broker and that he would receive commission for setting up my account So the energy broker has set me up with the worst possible energy deal or maybe the best for his commission Tired to cancel the agreement but told that no cooling off period with commercial contracts Yorkshire Gas Power not interested that I was mislead and said the contract is still valid Redwood group said it was all legitimate as the broker identified himself as Redgroup even though he failed to state he was a broker and would receive commission How these businesses are allowed to pray on innocent people and are allowed to carry on trading is totally beyond me We are a new business and the extra money we will have to pay will probably push us into insolvency Instead of a great deal on energy we were sold the most expensive deal on the market meaning we pay the max allowed energy cap Shame on this company and shame on Yorkshire Gas Power

First attempt the operator cut us off Second call after many minutes no answer to our call When we finally pressed 5 in desperation the operator didn t know our password couldn t explain why it s taken 6 months to tell us you are not receiving our monthly meter reading submission

SCAMMERS - STOLE MY ELECTRIC CONTRACT

This company stole my electric supply from another energy supplier I found out they d done this when my supplier emailed me to say sorry you re leaving I have repeatedly tried to get my account back to Octopus and multiple times YGP have blocked the transfer back I am NOT IN A CONTRACT WITH YGP and will NOT be paying any charges they send me I am seeking legal advice against this company and will keep updating my review MPAN 1415471012006METER 21S00948421In response you your reply 5th Dec I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YGP My contract is with Octopus until May 2025 Please hand my supply back as I have NEVER ENTERED INTO ANY AGREEMENT with your company I have asked for your company legal team details and you have not replied

I m not happy it s Xmas eve I had a very high bill for one month organised a payment plan for 12 weeks at 50 and got charged my first two payments then had the big bill taken out my bank today with them knowing it single mum with a new Buisness I then got told to call my bank speak to then when it s nothing to do with them With nothing really being done about it when I just needed more time and I felt nothing got resolved im now I paid even more for a 700 bill ended up paying even more for just one month The job wasn t done properly which was very disappointing nothing resolved leaving me stressed for Christmas

Another awful experience with an energy

Another awful experience with an energy company This one takes it to the next level they ve set up their own debt recovery company with their team using separate email addresses to justify extortionate charges We missed a payment because our direct debit failed during a bank account switch and instead of resolving it they ignored my email and sent it straight to debt recovery slapping on an extra 900 The only action their team took Emailing me from a different address which somehow warrants this ridiculous charge Absolute scammers
