Thanks for processing my refund so

Thanks for processing my refund so quickly after my overpayments I had been paying my fuel based on estimates and when I got around to sending the actual readings YGP quickly dealt with the overpayment and processed the refund A big thank you to Gary Siritzky who was super efficient at delaying with my complaint

Was looking for a credit to be repaid as our contract has finished Was slightly disappointed by having to contact you for the refund rather than it being automatic I was told that this was to ensure that it was returned to the correct account My view is that you could have contacted me for that information I am told that the credit will be in my account in 10 days so waiting expectantly

The guy at customer services was very helpful and said he would look into the problem I had with some charges which neither of us were sure why I had them

Your advisor Sherwin was helpful and

Your advisor Sherwin was helpful and polite but one hour later I received another phone call on the same matter and an agreement for a callback which never happened The following day I received a call from the Complaints team on the basis of the review above I explained I did not wish to make a complaint just give feedback on their communication issues Two hours later I received two more emails threatening debt collection despite my having explained that the bill was incorrect and agreeing with the agent that we d submit bill and photo evidence in two days

Helpful person on the phone

Helpful person on the phone help explain about our meter reading for a new meter fitted hopefully will be able to sort it out Nice to be able to talk to somebody rather than only internet

Devan who I spoke to today was as helpful as he could have been but the Customer services team are let down by the processes of YGP I spoke to Esther who was equally helpful on 22 11 2022 The Customer services team are always polite but I suspect are subjected to unacceptable abuse by frustrated Customers

The lady in question was very helpful

The lady in question was very helpful as I was giving my meter reading It should be phoned in on 1st but because it was a Bank Holiday I was giving it to her on the day our invoice was being raised I insisted it should be registered as I had asked the week before how to cope with the BH - she responded and today I have received the bill as notified

Good service from Lamla

Lamla has assisted me over the past few months to resolve a major issue that should never have escalated as it did However Your hold music is AWFUL The can can music is enough to wind anyone up when your on hold - please change this music

My call was answered within a few

My call was answered within a few minutes wait I spoke with a knowledgeable person who was polite and listened to my query The query was not rectified at this point however escalated to the billing team which will be rectified by them

Meter reading problem

We initially faced issues with submitting meter readings through the YGP website which led to overestimated readings and an extremely high charge on our bill However after communicating with the customer service team they promptly addressed the problem corrected the readings adjusted our bill and arranged a refund to our account within 10 days This resolution has restored our confidence in YGP We want to especially thank the customer service team for their helpfulness patience and determination in resolving the issue effectively Their proactive support turned a frustrating experience into a positive one
