Whilst the call centre staff have been friendly and communicative they seem to be prevented from speaking to the meter changing team which is apparently a third party We have been without gas at a site with multiple tenants for over a week now and despite multiple calls and at their request emails with pictures of the documentation from Cadent regarding YGP s meter as well as a separate gas engineer informing me that they are not allowed to work on it as the meter belongs to the provider we still haven t even been told when someone will be out to repair the fault and as it is a gas leak on their meter we cannot switch the gas back on I have given them 2 stars as I don t believe it is the fault of the staff I have spoken to but they seem to be unable to do anything to resolve the problem directly
