Metering Department

The customer service department was as helpful as it possibly could be but did not have access to any metering information and metering are not customer facing Two days before a very important install and still no confirmation of time is poor planning Customer communication needs improved in this particular process

Customer services are ok company and contract not so much wouldn t recommend them at all

Easy to talk to but after a meter read still got an estimated bill which was a lot higher than it should have been

Gary Siritzky sorted out an on-going never-ending mess of 8 months whilst everyone else I liaised with did nothing Had to deal with 7 different people to explain the story again and again with no actually looking into the main issue Until Gary did Thank you

Its not been the easiest of journeys setting up my account with YGP but now things seem to be bedding in and finances have been sorted The staff have been helpfull so lets hope al goes well until the end of the contract
