Re Your Move Loughborough Had a call this week from gas engineer wanting to come to do the Gas Safe check I moved out of the property 2 months ago Still not had deposit back see previous review These guys couldn t organise a party at a brewery - they don t seem to have good records of who is living in their properties

Repeated spamming emails despite

Repeated spamming emails despite numerous requests to unsubscribe via different methods Whether Your Move is good or bad I don t know but tactics like this just put me off and I would never trust a company with a pretend unsubscribe option which they choose to ignore Simply immoral Resorted to blocking Your Move completely because it s the only way to stop it Your move needs to read and heed Gov UK Customers have the right to stop their information being used for direct marketing You must make it easy to opt out - for example by sending a STOP text to a short number or using an unsubscribe link In response to Your Move The only way to fix is to ensure an unsubscribe button means just that I have no wish to communicate and have blocked Your Move permanently

They will spam you to death

I have no idea what Your Move is but they ve apparently bought or found my email address online as I m receiving a huge amount of unwanted spam newsletters from them I ve unsubscribed a million times but they completely ignore it I tried to go on their website but it says I don t have an account with them and the only way to contact them is enter the postcode of the branch you ve been dealing with - I ve not had any dealings with any branch Just stop spamming me non-stop I m not planning to move and this guarantees I won t even use you Stop buying scammy email lists

In response to Your Moves response Dumfries branch do not care about customers it took them from early May until the end of July to get my property on the market I had to complain in order for this to happen I thought that this was bad but because they had already tied me into a contract they were not that bothered The customer service went from bad to worse I withdrew both my properties off the market as they were unable to sell them As far as marketing them at the right price the property next door went for the original price the property was marketed at and it sold You are trying to justify an incompetent branch And to top it all off they lost he keys to one of the properties They did not even communicate what had been done So your response does nothing to sway my attitude about this branch TOTALLY INCOMPENTANT

Deposit Dispute

It has taken almost 4 months and use of the dispute service but i have finally got agreement that i can have my deposit back in full I never received a check out report and there was no suggestion that the place was left dirty or in poor repair Just a lame excuse that they couldn t get hold of the landlord so couldn t release the deposit I am now an owner occupier but have rented on and off for 20 years and this was by far the worst experience 15 1 Update Don t be fooled by their quick response to my review saying how sorry they are They gave this same stock response when i posted a similar message in November I sent my details but never heard back

AVOID AVOID AVOID If I could have given Dumfries branch a zero I would have done Avoid this company at all costs All they are interested is in your money once they have it there is no urgency in getting your property on the market Dumfries branch do not know what they are doing really poor understanding of selling houses and the communication is appalling I would definitely NOT recommend this company

A BIG pain to get a response - terrible communication

It s a pain to get a response on phone or email from the agent I am working with at Your-Move First of all no phone calls whatsoever to view a property or discuss my offer on the property The agent didn t even come back to me until I kept on pushing for the response Delayed response on the offer doesn t help if you want to go a bit higher though it s not only a waste of time but also not a great financial decision to go with them I could ve gone higher if the communication was right and in time Anyway after chasing the agent for a week I give up and I don t recommend anyone to use these agents to sell or let

Avoid Dumfries branch

Avoid Dumfries branch overvalue your house to hook you in They take a payment upfront for marketing for poor advertising and service delivery I was massively disappointed in the lack of communication and basic customer service They did not seem to have a clue about selling houses The process was so stressful as had to keep chasing them to even get the house on the market

Should have a zero for this company Dumfries branch are ridiculously poor at communication and infact doing their job Don t waste your time or money using this company as they will just rip you off Please share this message with your friends and family I ve put it all over Facebook so that all of my friends family and contacts do not use this company

Worst agent to use

As someone who is trying to view a property I don t recommend you use these agents to sell or let Been trying all week calling emailing online requests whatever to get a viewing and no one gets back to me When I call they just say no one s available right now and they ll call back later but never do
