Having agreed a date to collect the keys and preparing to move I received by email a 30 page agreement to review and sign with chaser calls after 4 30pm Not unreasonably I was at work and had to drop everything recognising I had no chance to actually read the agreement prior to 5pm Unprofessional service

Your move is good but not a Sade Palmer

Your move agency is good for me but I do not recommend anyone using the services of a mortgage consultant Sade Palmer Swadlincote and Coalville branches The solicitors advised by her provided absolutely disgusting service Unfortunately Sade s service is unprofessional too She did not provide us full details about the property what we bought at the end and she wanted to charge us for a re-mortgage after 2 years when there was a time when the agreement said that a re-mortgage would be free

Initially very good but absolutely

Initially very good but absolutely shocking with renewal All their contracts state a specific energy supplier so when you renew they try and take over your supply Your Move say they can t remove it Awful

Calls not returned

My initial call to view a property was excellent but having seen a property I would like to buy the service has been poor Over two days I have left two messages and two voicemails but have not had my calls returned so I am unable to proceed

RENTAL SERVICES

RENTALI used their landlord services - fine if you just want them to find a tenant and collect the rent AWFUL if you want them to manage the property - they cost me 1000s in incomplete or bodged jobs The so called inspections either didn t happen or they didn t care

When my house was on the market

When my house was on the market YourMove were excellent constantly keeping me updated however they then recommended that I used their solicitors Conveyancing Experts advising v that it would be easier as they can work with them to make sure sale is smooth and dealt with correctly DO NOT use their approved solicitors as they are absolutely terrible I feel I was completely mislead as no updates I feel that this has completely ruined my experience which started so well

Having these people be a third party

Having these people be a third party between me the landlord has been a joke They fail to pass on messages effectively they recommended con artist contractors and now I ve been waiting 2 months for them to confirm what my rent is Their incompetence is bizarre Just spoke to a guy called Lewis in head office he s gonna sort it out for me - but I think training could be improved for many others

I ve been a tenant of YourMove property

I ve been a tenant of YourMove property management for over 3 years now and they leave a lot to be desired I m always having to chase them for actions they are really slow to deal with issues poor at communicating and it s always on me to chase them I m currently chasing them to find out if they have forged my tenancy agreement and to find out if my leaky kitchen sink has been reported to the landlord - so beware

Great until the estate agent stopped

Great until the estate agent stopped replying to our emails We had a virtual viewing and they seemed very helpful and couldn t help enough They told us he will send the necessary documentation to fill out so we can book a in person house viewing Then never emailed us and has stopped replying to our emails Rather disappointed

Hit or miss

Company would work brilliantly if you don t have any problems If you do for any reason though They can be highly disorganized they would never follow up with their callbacks would constantly get information wrong that is if they have not lost it for whatever reason etc They do manage to fix problems however you should expect lenghty phone calls and about 3-6 months before any action is taken even for the smallest issue
