EDIT Just spoke to someone from Zedify and they couldn t have been nicer or more apologetic They have taken the complaint on board and are going to be making sure it shouldn t happen again extra two stars for that alone not many companies will bother to follow up If I could give zero stars I would I watched the driver walk up to my building door he didn t buzz and then suddenly a picture on the website of my front door saying he can t get access Day two his gps is now off and he has been 45 mins away for two hours now Disgusting and disrespectful

Unfortunate issue
Ordered a Rapha jacket and an empty envelope was delivered Raised with Rapha who were quick to resolve so have re ordered but inconvenient Opened the envelope after Rapha reimbursed me and it s very clear the envelope was opened and resealed as the invoice wasn t even in the envelope and you could see the sealing agent had been damagedVery unfortunate situation and a put off that something can go missing between the retailer and processed through 2 couriers which makes it impossible to establish where and who has tampered with the parcel Luckily Rapha sorted so I am not at a loss

Parcel was delivered and left outside my house When I came back from work it was not there Outside my house is not a safe space Update - had a call from Zedify and spoke to a very helpful man and this has now been sorted - changing review

Why 4 Stars
The Zedify courier delivered someone else s parcel to me and mine was nowhere to be found so why 4 stars Well the customer service I received after raising the missing parcel issue was tremendous The lovely Tomos quickly and constantly sent me updates rectified the situation and within a few hours I had my missing parcel - hooray Truly exemplary customer service well done Tomos and Zedify

The timings on the app aren t entirely
The timings on the app aren t entirely accurate and they delivered outside of stated hours and did not call other neighbours in the block However on escalating the issue with customer support they quickly rectified and redelivered on the same day during the original stated hours

Zedify has been an exemplary partner to work with They consistently deliver on time and are always happy to help with any queries and requests Matt and Davide run the Hoxton depot well and everyone in the team is incredibly friendly whenever we have worked with them I cannot recommend them enough

Great reliable service Cargo bike delivery makes it eco friendly and better for the world We usually useZedify whenever we have local deliveries Their staffs are polite friendly and handle the bouquet of flowers with care We wish they would deliver to more postcodes other than the local one as we love using them Keep up the great work Zedify team 3Thank you for all your amazing service
