Very knowledgeable 3CX service provider

As a 3CX customer with a different service provider we were previously encountering very slow response times to issues raised and an inability to correctly handle them when there were finally responded to This experience prompted me to switch to Zen Systems who demonstrated very clearly their expertise with 3CX James Howard-Dobson and his team were extremely helpful in migrating us from our previous provider responding with grace to challenges encountered along the way I m pleased to report that our service is now running very smoothly

I have run a small business in Oxfordshire for over 30 years In this time I have used a few Telecoms providers from BT to another well known VOIP provider with mixed results on service performance customer service and price I have been with Zen Systems for a month now and compared to anyone else I have previously used they are like a breath of fresh air James Dean and the team have been great getting this excellent feature rich system up and running and I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of changing and worrying about the hassle it s worth it
