Writing this after discovering what actually happened at our car purchase. This outfit sells paint and interior protection packages to dealerships who mark them up enormously into finance agreements. My protection plan cost included in monthly payments turned out worthless: the applied sealant showed no measurable presence when an independent detailer inspected, claims process required pre-authorisation nobody mentioned, and the company denied my stone-chip claim citing wear exclusions buried in terms never disclosed at signing. Dealers profit from the confusion, customers inherit worthless paper. Check any protection add-ons thoroughly before signing anything.
