Ordered a hyped pair here because everywhere else was sold out and I accept paying over retail for grails. The wait stretched past five weeks with vague status updates, well beyond the window quoted at checkout. When they landed, the shoes were legitimately authentic, verified them myself, so no complaints there. But the box came crushed on one corner which matters enormously for collectors, and their response to my complaint was a flat ten percent refund offer. Fine for wearing, bad choice if you care about condition or timing.
