Used this service to exchange unused gift cards for cash after Christmas. The quoted rate looked competitive compared to rivals, which is what drew me in. Reality: they knocked the payout down citing card verification issues despite my codes checking out perfectly fine, and the payment took twenty-two days to arrive rather than the forty-eight hours advertised, only landing after daily chasing. Money did eventually come, so not an outright scam, but between rate shaving and glacial payouts the effective deal ended up worse than competitors would have been.
