First time buying a property and I honestly had no idea what I was doing. My broker walked me through each stage, explained why certain lenders would and wouldn't take me, and got everything submitted quickly. I had a couple of daft questions at odd hours and always got a sensible reply back. Would definitely use again next time.

Positive Experience first-time buyer support clear communication responsive service fast processing knowledgeable broker
