Free trial turned into a paid mess
Signed up to read one issue and forgot to cancel, that bit was on me. The awkward part was trying to stop it afterwards, three days waiting for a reply and then a copy paste answer. I ended up cancelling through paypal myself.

Repeat order, same great results
Ordered the greens again and the whole process was quick. Shipping took three days and everything arrived sealed. I feel less bloated since I started it in the morning.

Helpful follow-up on my claim
I reported a awful noise from my AC and had to call back the next morning because the first rep lost my notes. The second rep, Shante, found the request and got the claim moving. She sent the contractor instructions and stayed with me until I understood them. A little frustrating, but the follow-up was excellent.

My bill tripled with no explanation
The bill I received was $310 after insurance, even though I had been quoted $35 before my appointment. There was no explanation on the statement, and two calls to billing went to voicemail. Paying a bill I cannot understand is awful.

Drove 40 minutes for my appointment and the doors were locked. No call no text nothing. Wasted my whole morning.

Unexpected fee after canceling
The payment arrangement worked fine at first, but then an unexpected membership charge kept billing after I canceled. The reps answered, but the reason never came clear and two contacts have not fixed it. I feel stuck dealing with this charge now.

got the basecoat clearcoat kit for my 2019 civic si. color was dead on right out of the can. shipped monday arrived wednesday. only thing was the sandpaper grits included were a bit coarse for final prep but worked fine.
