Garments arrived resembling listings loosely, fabric thinner than portrayed, one hoodie colour visibly different from photos, sizing inconsistent between items despite identical labelled measurements. Support offered fifteen percent partial refund to close the complaint, standard script response. Two pieces wearable enough for casual rotation, overall savings versus local retail no longer compensate for lottery experience. Shop elsewhere if consistency matters.
