Books good value, fulfilment is chaos
Reader In Bookland offers decent pricing on imported titles which drew me in, and one order did eventually arrive well packaged. But my second order crossed eight weeks without shipping, third remains unacknowledged entirely, and responses to status queries come days apart with contradictory information. For Indian buyers wanting international titles the alternatives are limited, which is presumably why they survive despite operations this disorganised.
