Booked a package holiday here for a family of four. The booking process was smooth with a real consultant who answered questions patiently rather than rushing us through checkout like big agencies do. Then three weeks before departure they downgraded our hotel claiming overbooking, offering an alternative further from the beach. In fairness their compensation covered the difference generously and the replacement turned out pleasant. But the stress in those weeks was real and communication only happened after I chased twice. Good prices, gamble on the details.
