My refund has taken over a month

I emailed because my order had been stuck at the dispatch stage for weeks. I was told to wait for another update, then nothing came for seven days. Eventually they agreed to refund me, but that was over a month ago and there is still no money in my account. I won’t risk another order until this refund is actually paid.

No updates on my order

Ordered a tape measure on a Sunday and the order sat on received the whole week. Sent two messages through their site and got one canned reply back. (the item still showed as in stock too) Think I will be disputing the charge with my card company.
