Paid for express delivery on the 12th and still nothing. The website shows dispatched but royal mail has no record. Tried calling and emailing three times now. The straps look nice in photos at least.

This is the second time we have ordered from here, a dining set last summer and now the pergola. Everything turned up on the day they promised. Kim answered the same three questions I had about sizing without any sighing, which I appreciated. The fitting crew arrived bang on time and had it anchored down before lunch. Price was a little above the cheapest quote I found, and the service made up for that.

Too much chasing
I ordered a glass shelf and the finished piece looks good. It was more than two weeks after the estimate and I had to chase for an update twice. I was happy with the glass itself, but the service made the whole experience frustrating.

Finish started flaking after a month
The brushed brass on our basin mixer has started coming away around the spout after a few weeks. We only ever wash our hands at it. They did reply to my email quickly and sent over care instructions, though the finish looks the same now.
