I got Clear Vision to quote for replacing our old windows and side door. I had a couple of questions about security and cleaning, which were explained properly by the office. The survey was useful and the measurements were exactly right. The fitters arrived early, worked carefully and cleared everything away afterwards. The only small issue was a short delay getting the final order through, but I was kept informed.

This is the second time we have ordered from here, a dining set last summer and now the pergola. Everything turned up on the day they promised. Kim answered the same three questions I had about sizing without any sighing, which I appreciated. The fitting crew arrived bang on time and had it anchored down before lunch.
