Good service but communication could improve. The initial meeting was thorough and I felt heard. However, follow up emails were delayed a couple of times. Still, the outcome was positive.

Claire arrived within the time given and found the fault fairly quickly. She talked me through what needed replacing and what it should cost before starting. The only snag was I didn't get a text that morning to remind me, but the call came through yesterday. The boiler's been working perfectly since and I appreciated her explaining it all.

Emma was lovely and very knowledgeable

Emma helped me update my will after my husband passed. She was so kind and made a difficult thing feel manageable. Explained the inheritance tax implications clearly and suggested a trust I hadn't considered. Felt like she genuinely cared, not just ticking boxes.

First time seller, no stress

Never sold a car privately before so I was a bit nervous about it, but the advert builder held my hand the whole way. Pictures uploaded fine, description was easy to add, and I got a buyer within the week.

Lovely location near the lake

Lovely location near the lake with easy walks. The wardens were helpful and the toilet block was warm. There was a small issue with the booking confirmation email (it went to spam). Overall a solid stay.

Scratch missing from the listing

The phone itself switched on and the screen looked undamaged, but there was a deep scratch along the frame that the photos had not shown. I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund, yet support kept sending the same automated reply and stopped responding. Sending it back would have cost me postage, so I left it with my dad. Very frustrating for that price.
