I’ve been asking myself the same question—is Grishay a legitimate company? Based on my experience and the countless Grishay company website complaints I’ve read online, I would say buyers should proceed with extreme caution. I ordered what was advertised as a beautiful piece of art (the “Eternal Wave”) for nearly $50, but what I received was a flimsy, cheap piece of plastic that looked nothing like the photos on their website. When I tried to return it, they only offered me an $8 refund—unless I wanted to pay for costly international return shipping, even though the product shipped from California.

There are also many other complaints about misleading ads, poor-quality products, and almost non-existent customer service. Some customers mentioned receiving undersized clothing, defective cat toys, and uncomfortable shoes marketed as orthopedic. Worse, return shipping often costs more than the product itself, making refunds essentially impossible.

In my opinion, Grishay does not operate like a legitimate company that values its customers. If you're considering buying from them, I recommend reading all the reviews first and paying through a method that offers buyer protection. I’ve had to dispute the charge with my bank just to get my money back. If something seems too good to be true on their site, it probably is.

I made the mistake of ordering from Aerohake and now I fully understand why the Aerohake reviews are so overwhelmingly negative. I wish I had checked consumer reports or searched for Aerohake reviews complaints before placing my order. The product I received was completely different from what was advertised—it was poorly made, not functional, and definitely not worth the money.

Customer support is a joke. They promise 24/7 online support, but it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. After several emails, they only offered me a small partial refund—less than 20% of what I paid. When I insisted on a full refund or proper return instructions, they either ignored me or suggested I “give the product to a friend” and buy another one at a 50% discount. Completely unacceptable!

To make things worse, they filter out negative reviews on their site. My honest review never appeared, yet there are tons of suspicious 5-star ratings. I’ve reported the transaction to my credit card company and am waiting for PayPal to assist.

If you're considering buying from this site, read Aerohake reviews first. The complaints are real, and it seems like many people have been scammed. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Aerohake altogether.

I canceled a prescription on April 29, 2025—with email and in-app confirmations—only to be charged and shipped the same medication a week later, which I had already received on April 27. Despite clear documentation, there's no way to reach a real support person. Their return policy is deeply flawed; you're either forced to continue using a potentially harmful product for 60 days or just lose your money. Adding insult to injury, they charged a non-refundable $20 doctor fee even after changing my prescription without my consent. I’ve since filed a BBB complaint and can’t recommend Musely to others based on my experience.
