The galleries are full of interesting objects and the building is worth seeing. However, the crowds were hard to manage and some rooms felt uncomfortably warm. We were given plenty of time in the museum, but finding a place to sit or get a drink was often frustrating.

Help when I needed it

I contacted support about a strange alert on one of my computers. The person walked me through the checks in plain language and stayed with me until the alert was cleared. My internet had also been acting weird that day, so I appreciated that they checked more than one possibility. The whole fix took less than fifteen minutes.
