Bought their desktop air purifier for my office corner after colleagues kept passing colds around. Build quality feels premium and the filter change process takes seconds without tools. Performance is modest though, effective within perhaps two metres rather than the room coverage implied in marketing, so manage expectations on sizing up. Noise on the quiet setting is genuinely whisper-level. App pairing failed twice before succeeding and the replacement filters are pricey for their size. A nice secondary purifier for desks, not a primary solution for whole rooms.

Shipment never arrived, site ignores contact

HappyVape took my payment six weeks ago and nothing has been dispatched since, matching exactly what every recent reviewer on this page reports about shipments that never arrive. Their contact form produces automated acknowledgements followed by permanent silence, and the listed phone number connects to nothing. My card provider confirmed fraud flags already exist against this merchant from previous victims. Whatever legitimacy once existed has clearly evaporated.
