Switched our small agency invoicing to this platform after outgrowing spreadsheets. EU VAT handling is the standout feature, reverse charge invoices and OSS reporting generate automatically which previously consumed half a day monthly in manual checks. Client payment links integrate with our bank feed cleanly and overdue reminders fire politely without me policing them. The mobile app is basic, fine for approving sent invoices but useless for creating complex ones on the road. Support answered my migration questions same-day. Solid European tool doing its job well.

Good experience overall
