Eventually got something but not happy
Been going back and forth since October about a refund HMRC sent to them. Took three months of emails before anyone gave me a straight answer, and when the money finally came through it was nowhere near what I was told originally. Their phone line rings out every time I try. Not the worst experience I've had but I wouldn't put myself through it again.
