Love this company

Love this company have bought coffee from them for many years During lockdown we have limited opening hours so I ordered so delivery coincided with when I would be at the cafe to receive my order First time no delivery and no card left to say they had tried to deliver I was in the building Second time I was in the building lights on saw the delivery van outside ran down the stairs a doorbell rings when the front door is opened no bell ring but I can see the van went out through the door van pulled off I ran into the road waved my arms van disappeared This delivery company made NO a attempt to deliver Not good service and reflects badly on A1 Coffee And I still don t have any coffee beans

Reasonable price

Reasonable price Only reviewing because you keep emailing me despite me not giving permission Oh well all companies are the same Can t accept 1 sale so we ask for loyalty I shop elsewhere now

It s good to find what you want

It s good to find what you want in the store at reasonable prices The problem I have is the delivery I know you say overnight delivery and that s great but to have the delivery driver say left with neighbour is VERY ambiguous Why cant he say which number he s left it at I ve now got to knock on about 4 doors to collect my parcel - unless they come to me i would ve given an extra star if id had that information Sorry A1

This is the second time I order from you The first time my parcel got missing and I waited for 1 week and have to wait for resent The second time I ordered on Saturday and I still not received my parcel until now Could you check for me pleaseThanksSarah

Disppointing as next day delivery failed

We ordered from A1 as our usual supplier was out of stock for our items We chose A1 based on a next day delivery availability which is what we always get from our regular supplier However this didn t happen We ordered in the morning of 31 08 and delivery was made 03 09 This meant we had to source some locally In the meantime our regular supplier let us know their stocks were replenished If we d ordered from them on 01 09 we d have received delivery on 02 09 so we re very disappointed that we didn t wait and get the delivery in a more efficient manner

Always like ordering from you guys but

Always like ordering from you guys but was disappointed that I ordered on Monday for next day and it didn t arrive until Thursday Just unfortunate that s all

A1 by nature

Have bought syrups from A1 over the months and find them quick to despatch and good value Have a huge range to try only wish they had a shop open on weekends as I pass the warehouse most weekends

Stocks some great products

I found it difficult to find certain things all in the same place and I am glad I found A1 Coffee I am starting up a unique type of cafe in London and will be using thier business for years to come

Great product Delivery charges too high

A flat rate for delivery is great for those who are ordering vast quantities but not for those who are not 6 99 for a 8 50 order is too much Other than that the product was great
