Work colleagues like the coffee It would be nice if you could have sample sachets of the different coffees than having to buy a box of 50 to decide if people like it or not

Efficient service

Efficient service could do with some more eco friendly packaging if possible I realise glasses need to be protected but a smaller box would avoid having to put so much extra packaging inside

Having ordered I was telephoned and told my chosen product was out of stock I was given the option of a full refund wait for stock or amend to another product which I did Excellent service and polite staff

Unfortunately my order could only be part fulfilled but communication was good and I was refunded quickly for the missing items The order arrived this morning and is exactly what I ordered

Very profesional

I really enjoy dealing with A1 there is rarely a problem and when there has been its been dealt with extremely fast There is one thing I have never been given any promotional codes discounts despite my continued use

Brilliant service and prompt delivery Only thing is I have a problem with my 12oz smoothie cups The lids don t fit on some I contacted them and a further batch was sent out But still some fit and some don t I now purchase these else where

Great service from yourself

Great service from yourselfs not so good from courier they put card through my door with a number 2 on it YES that was it nothing else It wasn t till later that night next door handed parcel in to me Not very pleasant to him either

Good range of products shame about high delivery costs

Great choice of products and so easy to order BUT delivery cost too high ie goods 14 delivery 7 exc VAT Next day delivery is not required by all customers - a choice for standard delivery on small orders at around 2 99 would encourage customers like myself to order again and again

Great products which arrived the next day despite the current situations The only reason I ve scored 4 not 5 is the packaging wasn t very good I ordered three 1lr bottles which came rolling round in a box with no bubble wrap or padding and the weight had ripped the box open as it was only closed with one piece of sellotape Luckily the bottles were plastic so just a bit dented Would definitely order again despite this
