I paid for next day delivery but the parcel arrived after 5 days They did not refund me the expensive shipping costs although I complained about it

Inaccurate amount of volume each

I was not pleased that they sent me two different sized bottles they both supposed to be the same amount in volume either 70cl or 100cl each

Although I found a good bargain of monin lemon syrup 2 pounds a bottle I find it false advertising it eventually with vat delivery then the cheek of vat on top of delivery price who adds vat on delivery fees why not be honest and give the full price in the beginning im quite cross that these two almost out of date products cost more than full price if I had bought them at the wholesalers with a years best before date 13 pounds was a joke aside from that delivery was good and product taste fine just cross that you hide extras I would never had bought these had I known the extra totals you put on bit of a sneaky con A1 not shopping here again Shame

Most things were fine

Most things were fine one item was damaged in transit and couldn t be used with it being food Delivery charges bit excessive and cancelled out the savings of local wholesalers

Good customer service terrible courier

To be fair I ordered during the last two weeks of Christmas but my guaranteed delivery came three days late despite each day getting a new delivery date of the following day A1 coffee rep was very helpful but said there was nothing she could do as they were at the mercy of couriers This seemed fair enough but perhaps they need to seriously rethink who they courier with as many other packages I ordered around the same time came within the guaranteed time frame I would order again but not during peak seasons

Previous good service but with one

generally good service but with one recent poor experience Ordered several drinks toppings including chocolate shavings for on top of mochas and hot chocolate those kinds of drinks that have cream on top However the chocolate shavings were 3 inch 7cm tubes pencils just like the one you can decorate the edge of a cake when i queried this as they as blatantly unsuitable for sprinkling on drinks i was told that they normally break up during delivery Not good enough we now have to bash up the chocolate before we can use it feel let down

Amazing quality cups and lids

Amazing quality cups and lids However the sleeves that I bought to fit the cups don t actually fit very well and they are a very cheap looking cardboard The service was fast and easy to use everything came within a day of me ordering Definitely would order from A1 Coffee again just not the sleeves
